Mann and Brown dropping into the transfer after Spring practice was completed is the norm now. This is happening everywhere. They figure where they are at on the depth chart, see if they were passed by the new guys(transfers and early admin) and make the decision then. Mann looked to be passed by Larry Wright, and Ike White at least. Brown thought he had a shot at slot corner and was clearly passed by Bishop and Stapp. I imagine both transfers will have to go down a level to compete. Most Spring transfers will not be because of NIL unless it was a QB who lost on a QB race at a helmet school.
