Adam Rittenberg: Will Gophers bowl make or break season?

Interesting when they list off the 4 young guys that are up and coming they mention Singleton and not one of our other young linebackers? Maybe they are just talking guys that haven't stepped on the field? I always thought Singleton to be one of those tweeners who may not find his niche, does anyone who has seen this kid in pads know if we should be expecting bigger things from him?
 

I see him as a simoni lawrence if he packs on a bit more weight or a safety if he doesn't
