One of my favorite events of the year to attend...always fun to see some of Minnesota's top players/teams match up with other talented players from other states. I think the MN teams have a good shot to sweep all four games this year, should be fun to watch. Too bad the Gophers game is also early afternoon on Saturday.

Should be some good games tomorrow. I will be very interested to see the DLS game, as there are some really good guards in that game. Illinois wants the Morgan Park PG pretty badly and I am interested to see him against Jarvis.

Henry Ellenson has developed into an excellent player, capable of scoring from anywhere on the floor. However, I think the team around him will be overmatched vs. Champlin Park. I would expect CP to win handily, but it should be interesting to see how long Henry can keep Rice Lake in the game. Theo John has a lot of potential, but he has a tendency to get into foul trouble, so guarding Henry will be a good test for him.

Ryan James has full coverage on Twitter. Apple Valley dominated in the early game.

Morgan Park coach told me Lovett will probably end up at Kansas. We do not want that kid in the Big 10.
