Rasmussen is from Wisconsin so distance or weather wouldn't be a factor in him transferring. He is an O-lineman that you would expect to be redshirted so it's not like he would feel slighted for not getting any playing time or getting passed on the depth chart yet. I doubt it's him.

The recruitin' war has intensified. I feel we now have a slim chance. What then if Michigan hires Harbaugh? He said he grew up watching & liking Michigan.
