The coaches worked on improving their psyche the past couple of weeks so that they can concentrate on playing football.

Did we have any injuries? I don't think so, so that's good.

We won't lose to PSU this year. So they trophy case won't be empty.

-Punt catches were cleaner this week.
-Touchback by Santoso
-Defense wasn't bad (I wouldn't say great, but I would say a B or B-)
-Travis & BBC didn't get injured any further today
-Next week is a new week. I'm sad today, but this ain't the first Gophers loss I've experienced. I'll be back, cheering them on next week.
 

The Gophers really laid the lumber on a number of big hits. Lynn, Johnson, Duke, ...............
 

We gave Northwestern a better game at 0-27 than Maryland gave Michigan at 0-28.
Makes me feel kind of all warm inside.
 


Our defense is still pretty good. There were some breakdowns today but they kept us in the game late into the 3rd quarter.
 


Defense is still decent and the coaches finally may be desperate enough to make some needed changes on offense.

They had one touchdown drive. A big punt return and a fumble are mistakes and correctable.
 


We get to try and develop a FR QB to be a factor for years. Granted we've been here before, but maybe this time will be different.
