Hahaha, Bulatao and Pompeo have literally been friends for 35 years. Pompeo gave him a job at the CIA despite him having no relevant experience. I'm shocked to learn he's backing Pompeos's play.

It's weird that the Trump admin wouldn't just provide this justification in written form to Congress, instead of firing Linick on a Friday night.

Trump himself confirmed that Pompeo was having State Dept employees do his personal errands
Hey JTF, do you know who the State Dept‘s IG was during the entire time that Hillary Clinton was Sec of State?

Answer: No one! They never named a State Dept IG during her time in office.

How’s that for convenient? What email system? ????

Very wrong, and stupid post. Keep denying the massive amounts of blatant corruption taking place right in front of your face. Someday hopefully, maybe 10, 15, or 20 years from now when you get a chance to be separated from the brainwashed ferver of Trumpism, you'll look back on this time and struggle to believe just how stupid you were.
Lying to the FISC/FISA court is apparently not corrupt. Destroying the integrity of the FBI for years and years is nothing? Rosenstein, Comey, Clapper, Brennan, and McCabe all need to go away for a long time. Those five define "blatant corruption".

This is so so rich. Eric Ciaramella, and the great patriot Lt. Col. Vindman,, the second coming of George Patton, were both embedded assets of Schiff and that whole corrupt mess is going to get exposed soon. Schiff has been hiding the transcripts, and he is running out of time.

Almost every one of these so called whistleblowers were deep state, either never trumpers or Obama holdovers that should have been fired on day one, just like Obama did. That old bag Ambassador who got deep sixed out of Kiev was a much as of a fraud as any of them. These crooked partisans have set back the concept of the whistleblower back 50 years.

Watching this nevertrumper Max Boot (bonus material with Ralph Peters first)and his last Fox News appearance is priceless:

Linick issued a report on the Clinton emails, remember. And when he issued it, Obama didn't fire him.

So, to be clear, people in an Acting role in the Federal government do nothing? As a Trump lover, that's the road you want to go down? Acting officials have already served more days in the Trump admin than they did in the entirety of the Obama admin. https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...fficial-cabinet-level-job-1-out-every-9-days/

There are 755 Senate-confirmed spots and 147 of them are empty. https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/politics/trump-administration-appointee-tracker/database/

Only 35% of DHS' top spots have confirmed leaders, including the Secretary. Neither of the deputy spots in FEMA have a permanent appointee. Not very America First to not focus on the security of the homeland.

HHS hasn't had a permanent IG since June 2019.

The State Dept is one of THE most significant departments in the Executive Branch. In the over 5 decades of existence of the IG position, it is unprecedented not to have a permanent Senate approved State Dept IG for an entire 4 year term, not even close. The acting IG was pulling double duty in another IG position.

So while Hillary Clinton is SoS, there is no dedicated IG and one takes over as she leaves office, and subsequently writes a report about her email system after she’s long gone. Harsh! At that “point...what difference does it make?”.

I’ll quote myself for JTF’s benefit. It looks like there might be more to Linick’s dismissal than what Democrat congressmen want to tell us. Oh surprise. Like I said, let’s get all the facts instead of believing what the Democrat PR machine tells us.

From WaPo quoted by Daily Wire:
Brian Bulatao, the State Department’s undersecretary for management, said concern over Linick had grown because of a “pattern of unauthorized disclosures, or leaks,” to the news media about investigations that were in an early draft form. He said that officials had no evidence Linick was personally responsible for the leaks but that the disclosures had the potential of tainting the outcome of ongoing probes. …

Bulatao said Linick had ignored the directions of then-deputy secretary of state John Sullivan to refer the leak investigation to the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency so that an inspector general from another agency could be appointed to look into it.

Continued by Daily Wire:
Bulatao said that the concern regarding the media leaks was raised last fall in a leak investigation and that “it certainly was a very strong finger-pointing at IG Linick’s way.”

Regarding the allegation that Linick was insubordinate and ignored orders to go through official channels regarding the leak investigation, Bulatao said, “Our understanding is he picked another fed agency on his own, to pick the person he wanted to grade his own homework, which sets up a whole apparent conflict of interest.”

The Daily Caller reported on Friday that Linick was “under investigation last year by the Department of Defense’s inspector general for mishandling sensitive material.”

IG Linick - leaker. He might have bigger worries than just losing his job as AG. He committed a crime, most likely.

Cool article, bro:

The DOD's investigation was linked in a post 3 above yours, with the same picture.

Brazen corruption, lies, cronyism, you name it.

This is a shameful period of American history. One that will be looked upon with disgust in the near future.

Yes, another shocker, the person in charge of the Exective Branch maybe exerted control.

Surely Obama never would have cleaned house, right? Oh wait, I just remembered the time when.....
