Oh for God’s sake, JJ. That’s your tactic? Get real. Step up and own it. (If you support him.)
Thanks for not assuming that I'm voting for the Trumpster. But I absolutely am.

I am echoing John Galt's point. But Biden and Trump are both moral trash. People voting for Biden get upset with that fact because in their minds, deceny (and that hes not Trump) is the #1 reason to vote for Biden. Nothing about policy.

But he is Trump from a behavior stand point. They've just done different naughty things. So they cancel each other out int he decency, or lack thereof, game.

So then we have to go to policy. And although Biden doesnt talk about policy much, based off of his VP pick and other hints, he is going the progressive avenue, and I just cant get behind that. I dont agree with all of Trump's policies, giving the rich tax cuts for one, he has done more to help this country and its citizens more then Biden would (based off of what Trump has done and has said, and what Biden has said)

The Dem strategy was to get a candidate they hoped would be more liked than Trump and have decided to ignore policy. Trump man bad is the strategy, lets see if its a winning one. (I for one think many people will see through the BS, see that Biden is not a good man either, and go with someone focused on policy)

How many times does this have to happen? Unnamed sources say tRump called someone the n word. Unnamed sources claim tRump wanted to blast a hurricane with a nuclear bomb. Unnamed sources say tRump got two scoops of ice cream while everyone else got one. Unnamed sources claim that tRump called military vets losers.

And you lefties fall for it every single time. For such a racist, homophobic, anti-military president, he sure sucks ass at implementing policies that reflect his deep-seated bigotry.

Uh...where are the sycophants on this??
He's clearly busted. Lying out his ass, as usual.
If the story was a "hoax" General Kelly would be issuing a denial and Trump would be threatening to sue everyone in sight. Instead General Kelly is silent and Trump is ripping him a new one and claiming he couldn't "handle the pressure" of his job. It speaks volumes.

You forgot to say that you didn't vote for him in 2016.
Oops. On Gopherhole, that's a given for everyone but Beeg and DH. No one else voted for Trump. Nope. Not a one.

A lot of denial by the cultists because this is way more difficult to defend than his 20,000 lies and hedge-fund-manager approach to running the government. But anyone who's paid attention knows this is classic Trump. How can anyone doubt this after what he said about McCain?
That's why Trump and his cultists are so angry. They know this story is very, very believable to anyone who's paid even a little bit of attention for the last 4 years. And unlike "he paid off his porn star mistress with campaign money"or "Putin helped him win" it's not some vague thing that can be brushed off as "just politics", it's something that's personally offensive to so many families.

There’s nothing pathetic about believing a published story by a very reputable journalist who says he stands by every word of his story. What’s pathetic is continuing to defend Trump who has proven over and over he’s despicable.
Various parts of the story have been verified by multiple outlets including Fox News. "The only truth is Trump everything else is a lie" is all they have.

Why are his brother and son worth millions?.
I'm not surprised that you believe family members of Democratic politicians could only be rich as a result of corruption. You're really a fanatic.

Dems lose this argument by taking the moral superiority approach. Biden no less a slimeball than Trump, but with a lot more video and legislative proof
You can go full MAGA. No one ever believed you would do anything else. No need to yeahbut it.

And it’s just a coincidence that a Biden ad targeted to vets and vets families hitting Trump was launched yesterday in midwest battleground states.

Complete coincidence. 🙄
Biden may still play music on a record player and not understand texting, but he's smart enough to hire some Gen Z'ers who do. A bunch of teenagers made Trump think he had millions of ticket requests to his Tulsa rally and him look like a total fool and you think they can't turn an ad around in 24 hours?

So it is not about policy and results. Results are something lying lefties run away from at all costs. Jakewad.
Results like......183,000 Americans dead from COVID? Results like.....six million Americans (and counting) sick from COVID. (Yes, we know trump cut off a few flights from China after 25 or 30 other countries took the same step...and did nothing else for nearly seven weeks.) Results like.....12,000,000 Americans unemployed because of COVID. Results like.....the biggest deficits in American history, by far, under his watch. Results like.....riots in American cities under his watch. Results like....a huge rise in white nationalist terror under his watch. Results like....the most racially, politically and economically divided the country has been since the "War of Northern Aggression." Results like....three miles of new wall after diverting $9B from the DOD budget.

We can keep going but the folks with even double digit IQ's get the point and can explain it to you, tiny brain.

Because it doesn’t matter why you support him. My comment has nothing to do with that. Don Trump is a reprehensible, despicable person and you - and many others - support him. That’s the end of the comment.
I couldn’t care less how much of a despicable person any POTUS is. Throughout history I am sure there have been a vast number that weren’t the most decent of people.

What policies that best represent my beliefs is of far more importance.

You people support a reprehensible, despicable human being named Don Trump. Own it.
We have an immoral President versus a demented pedophile who is being exploited by radical progressive socialists as their attempt to fundamentally change capitalism and freedom in America. Which is the lesser of two evils?
Jake, do you envision socialism/communism as the best economic system that improves the lives of the most people?
The November election either supports capitalism or socialism. Which one do you support?
Look at the platforms of both parties and vote your preference.

You were not a voter throughout history. You are, presumably, a voter now. You have a line, whether you admit it or not. Apparently Don hasn’t crossed it for you. That reflects directly on you. Just as my line reflects directly on me. I own it. I didn’t care about Willie getting his Willie wonked. I own that line. Own yours.

Most of this post is lunatic ramblings.

And pedophile? You made a mistake. That's also demented, immoral Trump.

Here's a perfect tutorial on how not to dig yourself out of a hole:

@JohnJHarwood
https://twitter.com/JohnJHarwood

Trump says source for story on his disparagement of fallen US solders “could have been a guy like John Kelly,” his ex-WH chief of staff then he assails Kelly: “didn’t do a good job, had no temperament, wasn’t able to function. he was unable to handle the pressure of this job”

The first problem with this approach is that by trying to identify specific leakers, he's almost admitting that there may have been witnesses to his damaging remarks. The second problem is that almost everyone, even those with little knowledge or interest in military affairs, would doubt that a dysfunctional person with "no temperament" who is unable to handle pressure would rise to the level of a 4-star general.
He knows Kelly would never out him. Not out of personal loyalty, but because he’s a professional.
The President’s tendency to bad mouth people who formerly worked for him is not a good trait. It has to have a chilling effect on the talent pool willing to work for him.

The Biden family gravy train built on so called service is not a very hard story to uncover.

You pretend it is not there, but I am the fanatic

The corruption started way before the hedonistic son, Hunter.

Not sure what you think I need to own. I don’t care what type of person the POTUS is. Has absolutely nothing to do with voting for them or not voting for them.

If I vote for Trump all it reflects on me is that I voted for Trump and policies I believe are in the best interest of myself and the country nothing more.

I know you liberals like throwing around words like deplorable, racist, xenophobic and a few others. All you liberal clowns think you’re morally superior than anyone who doesn’t think exactly like you or do as exactly you say. Think whatever you want about me. I couldn’t care less about that either.

Trump is right. You are a sucker if you’ve fought in an any American war in the past 50 years.

Right. Like I said, you support a reprehensible, despicable person named Don Trump. The reason you support him - pragmatism, in your case - is immaterial to my comment. I’ll give you credit for owning it.
Oops. On Gopherhole, that's a given for everyone but Beeg and DH. No one else voted for Trump. Nope. Not a one.
Howie “logic”:

Trump isn’t popular at all- he lost the popular vote! His disapproval rating is high! He’s hated by minorities!

But: Anyone on here who says they didn’t vote for him is lying!

Here’s a hint Howard- you’re posting on an anonymous message board. No one is afraid to divulge their true opinions.

Well, you did pretty well as far as you went but you forgot to mention that we also think we're smarter than you in addition to being morally superior. Oh...and we're better looking too.

This Military Times poll was released last week before the Atlantic story was published. It appears that most members of America's military weren't as sucked in by the con man in the White House as the right wingers who sold their souls to him four years ago.

I can't remember the stat exactly, but the upshot is, good luck winning a presidential election if you lose the military vote.
