2nd time you have brought up the WHO even tho it has nothing to do with the topic/debate at hand.
I wonder why?????
Controlling the data, messaging, and the upcoming election have EVERYTHING to do with the topic at hand, and that includes our sudden and previously unthinkable withdrawal from WHO.

But you're going to "wait and see" if a Trump appointee, as Sec of HHS, controlling the collection and reporting of data is "benign" or not.

Righghhhhhht.

Tell us, how will you make that determination?

Yes, if there’s one thing we’ve learned about the Trump admin, its that they 100% control messaging.

How? You don’t think anyone is going to follow this or report on it or audit it? You think no one at HHS cares about integrity and will just go along with corruption? All you see is orange. No thinking necessary, I guess.

Do you realize how stupid you look challenging someone on “how” they will determine if there is corruption when you have just flat out assumed it will happen w/o any proof from the time of announcement? You have lost all perspective. If Trump is involved it must be evil and wrong. Think for yourself just once - you might like it.

Was just reading an article about this and how the HHS’s system has been being developed since April specifically for COVID. Like a quote I provided yesterday, it talks about how the CDC’s site isn’t able to compile as much data as this new system and this should allow
more data to be available faster.

Sounds benign, if true, and there is lots of skepticism, but most of all I had to laugh out loud at this quote. I’ll get his email so @USAF can confront him on what a Trumpster he is. “Wait and See?” What a fraud....

“It’s too early to tell how big of a deal this is,” said John Auerbach, president and CEO of Trust for America’s Health.

So ... instead of both the CDC and HHS having the data, only HHS will have it.

HHS is controlled by a Trump political appointee.

Trump has made Covid political from day 1.

And yet there's no political reason for the change?? LOL

Again, you're not that stupid.

Which leaves us with...you're a fraud.

By the by...odd you havent weighed in on Trump barring the CDC from testifying on schools reopening.

Or do we need to wait and see on that, too?

Who can argue with such a comeback
You posted one article from 2015, one from 2013, neither of which even mentioned leaving WHO.

Like I said, not even a good try.

Let’s see if you moved the goalposts...
FInd me any "public health specialists" who had a problem with WHO before Trump didn't like them.

I'll wait.
Yep. You did.

Boy, you are too smart to be fooled here. They did a terrible job of hiding today’s data, but they will get there.

The WHO is a total puppet of Communist China. We pay the big bucks for it, and China gets the benefit. When the WHO collaborated with China to suppress the news and evidence about Covid-19, that was just the last straw. Good riddance, WHO. They don't do anything for us that we don't already do ourselves.

If you don't understand how corrupt the WHO is, then you apparently haven't read any news since December.

Odd...that WHO was just fine until a few months ago. Then state run media convinced you they're a puppet of China.

Just coincidence, I'm sure.

CDC is a part of Health and Human Services. HHS is controlled by a Trump political appointee. CDC is controlled by HHS. So, CDC is controlled by a Trump political appointee. Nothing has changed.

It's analogous to when an underling worker just isn't getting the job done, so the head boss assigns the underling's boss to do it better himself (or put together a task force to do it better, which is the case in this instance). CDC wasn't up to the task, and it's boss organization took over the task. There will be some bumps in the road for a week during transition, but reporting will be better in the end.

It's really as simple as that. You guys arguing that Trump plans to fudge the numbers, must be on acid.

So the Trump admin doesnt like WHO because they won't parrot his BS...and as a result, we withdraw from WHO.

Trump doesnt like Fauci, because Fauci won't parrot his BS, and as a result, Fauci is never heard from again, and Trump's team hands out opposition research on Fauci.

Trump doesn't like the CDC, because they wont parrot his BS, so he changes who gets the data to an organization he controls...but this time it's NOT for propaganda reasons?

I'm pretty confident you're not stupid enough to believe that, so what are we left with?

You're a fraud.

No, Trump doesn't like WHO because they do parrot Communist China's BS.

Trump fires, disables. or obstructs every messenger that gives him news he doesn't like, whether person or entity. It has been this way and it will be this way until he is voted out Nov 3rd.
CDC was not fired. The data is being entered into a new, purposely built, data system instead of the CDC’s system. The CDC will still get the data, from the HHS, after it is doctored by Donald himself.

When you said you were going to "wait and see," did you mean wait 12 minutes, or 12 seconds?

Fraud.

It’s hard to debate with you since you seem to struggle with simple sentences and concepts. I would have thought others exposing you further since I last posted in this thread would have helped you, but blind is blind. Keep going with your fraud mission. It doesn’t require you to think for yourself.

I actually don’t think they are. You should read the link I posted above. They did the same thing with the Ebola outbreak. It is probably Impossible to have an effective global health org. Just like it’s impossible to have an effective world bank.

Hopefully, all the time Trump will have to spend doctoring up that data, will prevent him from farting out so many stupid tweets. So it could be a good thing in the long run.

The indicator of such a (potential) benefit might be whether or not Trump tweets "Having fun corrupting hospital bed usage data! More bad numbers to follow. Stay tuned." Or maybe he'll be having so much fun personally doctoring up Covid data that he won't even have time to tweet out the latter tweet.

Where does John Hopkins get its Corona data?
Pretty much the same places that Worldometers and everyone else does. More specifically, see their FAQ page ...

What are the sources of data informing the dashboard?
The data sources include the World Health Organization, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control, the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China, 1point3acres, Worldometers.info, BNO, state and national government health departments, local media reports, and the DXY, one of the world’s largest online communities for physicians, health care professionals, pharmacies and facilities.

Why does data here differ from data on other websites?
The website relies upon publicly available data from multiple sources that do not always agree. More frequent updates of the map often result in higher case numbers than may be available from other sources that are updated less frequently.

I believe I read that Johns Hopkins does not collect hospital/bed usage data. The primary aggregator of the latter data is the Covid Tracking Project. Most of their data is collected manually (off various state and county web sites) by a large group of volunteers.

LOL.

You said "wait and see" and then immediately began a rigorous defense of Trump.

This explains a lot as to why the CDC has been doing such a terrible job. Right from the start of COVID: giving wrong advice, sending out test kits that didn't work, and it goes on. Politics before People. It's SOP for the Democratic Party.

Sure I did. I posted articles and commented on what they are giving for a reason for the change. Someone told me there was “no benign reason they would do this”. Idiot. The problem is your mind is so narrow that someone either agrees with your conspiracy or MUST BE defending Trump. If you paid any attention, you would know I don’t even support Trump and won’t be voting for him.... but hey, keep on your mission Dude. I would like to say everyone sees you for the lefty message boy you are, but you don’t see it, so i cant.
