When two different people recognize something that is very obvious at or near the same time, that isn’t a conspiracy. It’s recognition of the obvious. An obvious over-sentencing by the prosecutors.
Don Trump is an expert on sentencing guidelines and was just offering his expert opinion? That's what your going with?

You don't get it? Okay, I'll assume that you honestly don't get it. Which is crazy but..here goes:

Pssst: They want to nail anyone who has or ever will support Trump. Period. The left is totalitarian.
As Trump has said to his supporters- They don't just hate me, they hate you. The left hates freedom.
So you're saying that Trump does have a personal reason to have Stone's sentence reduced?

The plot thickens....Tomeka Hart ran for congress (and lost) as a Democrat. Looks like she's got lot's of impartial fiends.

If they've broken the law, yes. No one is above the law. Not even a judge.
Who decided if she's broken the law? Bill Barr? Trump?

We should just throw out the impeachment of judges and let Bill Barr decide who's guilty?

No one has decided if she's broken the law. That can be determined though if necessary. Judges do go to prison for breaking the law. All beeg said was Jackson seems to be involved & that it was going to be a fun year of draining the swamp. It was you who started asking if Trump was going to jail a judge? As if that's unheard of, which it's not. I simply asked you if you thought judges were above the law?

Of course they're not. To be removed, they need to be impeached first. You seem excited to skip that part.

Actually I never mentioned removing or jailing the judge. You started asking if Trump was going to put judges in jail, as if it was some ground breaking, horrific idea. To that nonsense, I responded by asking if you thought judges were above the law. I'm not sure I see a crime here with Jackson. Perhaps there is one? Perhaps she intentionally allowed the jury to be seeded with impartial jurists in order to get Stone, anything's possible. I never brought that up though, so no I'm not excited to skip any part of anything.

Looks like Billy is finding his spine.

NY Times..
Mr. Trump’s criticisms “make it impossible for me to do my job and to assure the courts and the prosecutors in the department that we’re doing our work with integrity,” Mr. Barr said.

He added, “It’s time to stop the tweeting about Department of Justice criminal cases.”

Bump for KGF since you conveniently ignored this part.
Did Bernie Sanders have a son making millions of dollars working a no-show position off his dad’s elected political position while overseeing the policy of those paying his son?

Not that I'm aware of, but how can we be sure? You were totally unaware and unconcerned about Hunter Biden's job for years!

Besides he's hung out with shady Socialists before. I'd withhold any further Wuhan medical aid to China until they announce they're investigating Bernie on both of these matters for us. That's totally fine, right?

The Judge "seeds" the Jury? I see. Sounds sinister. And here I thought both lawyers got a say. Sounds like Judge Jackson is pure evil and going to be going through some things.

No, Sanders' wife Jane opened a media buying company and Sanders gave all his campaign media buying to her. She took 15% of all his media spends (i.e. donations). That lasted until she got caught, then Sanders stopped that cronyism. In 2016 he hired 'Old Towne Media' to handle his media buys. A new company with no track record, run out of a house in Virginia. Turns out it's Jane Sanders' two best friends. They took in 12.5 million on that deal. How much of that went back to the Sanders? Good question?

Yeah, no. Again, I'm not claiming judge Jackson committed as crime. In this instance I used a "what if" as an example of how a judge could be held accountable for a crime.

Yes, the judge could seed the jury by denying the objections of the defense, just as she did in this case, where she denied juror after juror who said they hated Trump, worked for the Obama admin, had run for office as a Democrat, etc. but wouldn't be biased. The defense objected to these potential jurors, but the judge overruled those objections. Point being, it COULD be a crime, if it was done intentionally to help ensure an unfair sentence against Stone. Judges get charged with crimes. Not saying it happened here. Not even insinuating it happened. But, it does happen.

The story here is how obviously biased the foreperson of Stone's jury was and that she may have perjured herself to get herself onto the case.

Yeah, campaign spending at your family business is only legit if that business is a hotel

The whole idea that an anti Trump juror is any different than a pro Trump juror is ludicrous.

Andrew McCabe, Ex-F.B.I. Official, Will Not Be Charged in Lying Case
The decision to decline charges appears to be a move to distance the Justice Department from President Trump, who has long attacked Mr. McCabe.

Both true. Trump is the Justice Department's boss- so yeah, he can weigh in. Obama certainly did and my guess is that every other President has at one time or another done so. Obama declared executive privilege so that Holder could avoid scrutiny on Fast and Furious. He went on 60 Minutes and said that Clinton had not done any damage - while her case was active.

We're on to step 2.

-He would never do something awful like that!

-He didn't do that, but if he did, it would be within his rights! Plus Obama did something worse.

-OK he did do it, but we should thankful he did. What a leader fighting against the Deep State! I'm in awe!

-Get over it!
