Supposedly he was considering Purdue, at the last second. I think the idea is that he was training at the same facility as Rondale Moore.

But anyway, makes a lot of sense from him, as a Kentucky native.

Even if the transfer rule doesn't get approved soon, one would assume he'll get a waiver given his family situation and will be eligible in '21.
Every single transfer happening in the off-season between the 20 and 21 seasons, should automatically get a waiver, if it's their first time transferring. My opinion

100% agree. I just want a steadfast rule on transfers instead of the current "NCAA wheel of fortune" that happens now. Either give everybody a one-time transfer (not just in 20/21), or nobody.
