In case you didn’t know, people live in remote places of states like Colorado and have to have an equal chance to vote. They can’t and shouldn’t discriminate against people living in remote areas, but they can’t offer them special voting privileges that aren’t offer to every state voter or that would be a violation of the Equal Protections clause of the US Constitution and state constitution.

So they provide for it by mailing ballots to every registered voter. But they also have very clean voter registration lists, unlike in many states.

The new Georgia law makes it easy to vote by mail as long as you provide a DL # or state ID #.
