Hopefully he will catch a break on the health front and be done with his cancer battles. Amazing kid who I know will use the platform his story has given him to the fullest.

So glad he got the chance to get on the field as well during his Gopher career even if it was only for a couple of snaps.

Casey represents the best in college sports. His battles with cancer and his positive attitude was an inspiration to many people. In addition, he lived the culture of giving back with all his volunteer time @ the hospital. He is already a success story but hoping he can overcome this terrible disease.

Thank you Casey for all that you have done and continue to do! You have been an inspiration to so many and have represented the University of Minnesota and the state of Minnesota in such an honorable way. God bless and clear scans going forward!
