I know that we have a thread on the replays that are streamed on the Big Ten Network, but I thought some people might be interested in a thread that housed links to all (wins and losses) of the Gopher games that are on YouTube. Please post any games you know of that are not listed below and I will edit and add them to the list.

I've been dying to see the second half of that 2014 Eastern Illinois game, so thank you!

All kidding aside, this was a ton of work, so thanks for doing it! Wish I would've been smart enough to search some of these out on my own during winter and quarantine!

Very nice.

By the way, I watched a 1962 Jimmy Stuart DVD movie "Mr. Hobbs takes a Vacation".

On the DVD extras: "There's also a Fox Movietone News excerpt, with players from the Minnesota Gophers, enroute to the Rose Bowl, visiting the yacht club set on Fox's Beverly Hills lot." Pretty fun to see Sandy Stephens and company with the cast.

The Gopher players ended up being most all the guy extras in the yacht club dance scene. Gopher Paul Ramseth even got a little extra as a extra: "On that movie set, Ramseth got his 15 minutes of fame. He was picked from a crowd of players to dance with Valerie Varda, a 20-year-old beauty from Hungary who had a small part in the movie."

Does nobody have the 2003 Gophers/Badgers game?

As much as I love the Outback Bowl from last year.....I keep forgetting about the puke inducing narrative from the announcers down the stretch.

"If these guys win this game, they'll be legends."
"Think about what the reunion is going to be in ten, fifteen, twenty years."

It was a big win....but those jokers act like the Gophers beat an NFL team. Seriously....

yes! And when Auburn ran a kickoff back for a TD it was because they were way too fast for the Gophers. Suggested several times Auburn had the best D and was overall the best team the Gophers had seen all season (no mention of Wisconsin, Iowa, Penn State, etc.) and they went completely overboard with the angle Auburn “cared” (came off so patronizing toward MN). Another point they said something along the lines of Auburn looked like spectacular athletes and MN looked like interchangeable plow horses that are effective nonetheless. All the typical ESPN SEC bootlicking was on full display.

My favorites:

1st Place - Johnson TD - "Oh, I don't know about that."

2nd Place - Auburn fake punt - "He was clearly held all the way down field!!!"
