James Fields and Dylan Roof would disagree.
Epidemics? I don’t think so.

Just eat this one. The MSM ate this up, jumped the gun on blaming this totally on the era of Trump and MAGA, then found out that this dude was a hardcore Trump-hating Democrat of Cuban heritage and the this black woman fabricated this situation.

No matter. They’ll just move on to the next alleged Trump/MAGA incident after this has been buried and forgotten.

Yes, that one guy proves it’s an epidemic.

You said 'every high profile incident is a hoax.' I also like how you responded to two names with 'that one guy.'

What about Chabad of Poway? Or Tree of Life in Pittsburgh?

Well, the white guy that drove the car into the white girl isn't really an example of a race incident, is it? Enlighten me.

There have been a bunch of mass shootings by clearly mental lunatics. Sadly for you, very few of them have fit your narrative.

But in terms of cases of everyday racism, notes being left, poop swastikas, and now our friend in GA, they're almost always hoaxes. It's incredible. Epidemic racism and yet we have to manufacture evidence.

Fields drove into a crowd. The one person he happened to kill was a white person. He intended to hurt many people and he did so because they were protesting against white supremacists. Fields was an avowed neo-Nazi who was convicted of a hate crime.

Ah, yes, racism isn't so bad if you ignore the racially motivated murders. Sensible position.

5200+ race-based hate crimes in 2017 that were reported as such. https://ucr.fbi.gov/hate-crime/2017/topic-pages/victims This despite bi-partisan agreement that the reporting isn't sufficient: https://thehill.com/homenews/house/450744-bipartisan-reps-introduce-bill-to-improve-reporting-of-hate-crimes

Here's a non-murder from this month that got a lot of press that isn't a hoax: https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/2019/local/teen-graffiti-hate-crime-divides-maryland-high-school/?utm_term=.b8474eac7312

The board's Proud Racist doesn't think racism is a real issue. Shocking.

Ah, he intended to hurt many people (most of whom were white) so this is an example of a race crime? Please.

That's not a racially motivated murder .

Regardless, my point stands. Every time an incident appears, and everyone is up in arms about this being the proof that our society is racist, it turns out to be a hoax. yes, shootings aren't hoaxes. I'm not ignoring them. But there were a bunch of mass shootings last year, and 1 was related to race? Doesn't seem like an epidemic.

Sure, lots of links. But all the high profile ones turned out to be hoaxes. Every single time.

It's telling that you can't admit it. you WANT this country to be racsit. you NEED it. We know why.

Anecdotes don’t prove much except that there are some sick people.

Did Jussie Smollett get counted this year?

Funny though, that is probably a typical day of illegal immigrant committed crime in the US, and you guys tells us how little it matters.

I'm not saying it's a huge problem. I'm saying it's not an entirely fabricated problem like Section2 wants us to believe.

I don’t think he’s suggesting it is entirely fabricated. Just some of the ones that the media seems to jump hard on.

I can’t help it if every high profile hate crime turns out to be a hoax.

Just the ones that get amplified greatly after the fact for having been hoaxes.
After the fact? Jussie Smollett wasn’t amplified after the fact. Was there a higher profile hate crime this year? Was there a bigger hate crime in MN in recent years than the St Olaf hate crime?

Jussie Smollet was a well-known actor. I will grant you that his situation was publicized before it turned out to be a hoax.

The point is, there are plenty of legit hate crimes that happen all the time and only get picked up by local news. I linked to several from THIS MONTH. If your point is that national news should do a better job of publicizing those, then I agree. There were 92 racially-motivated hate crimes in MN in 2017: https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2018/11/14/fbi-146-hate-crimes-were-reported-in-minnesota-last-year/

The stats you dismissed are from the FBI, but you don't like them so I guess they don't count.

I didn’t go thru all your links, but these seem to be after the proof came out.
I don’t know that these are legit hate crimes. A senior prank that was just not funny and drunk idiots doesn’t sound like a hate crime to me.
I object to there even being something called a hate crime. There is just crime.

This one doesn't count because people died:

This one will surely turn out to be a hoax:

Wait, why is that white supremacy?

I mean, TSA officers are the bottom of the barrel so it’s possible it’s true. Sounds fake tho, I agree.

Thanks for the clarification. "White Supremacy" didn't kill two latino children, this a hole did. But hey, congrats on being vindicated for the hate crime.
Whew, that was close. Alex Padilla nearly got away with besmirching the good name of <checks notes> white supremacy. Thank goodness you were here.

The government is suppressing the rights of white supremacists. They are all small government libertarians. Remember.....slavery and discrimination would have both ended on their own without those damn meddling government folks.
