It's pretty simple, Hiden will never be viewed as the legitimate winner by 70 million-plus people in America unless there is a full and complete audit and review. Since the libs are emphatic that there was absolutely zero fraud, they should welcome this and be totally on board with making it happen.
Wrong...
Most Trump voters I know have moved on with life and acknowledge he lost, its over.

You've completely missed the point. It's not about the number of votes. It's about the precedent set, that only the Pa State Legislature can change their election laws. Not the Governor, not the Secretary of State, not the Pa State Supreme Court.

In the case you reference, the PA Secretary of State (a Dem whack job who spent the past 3+ years tweeting that Trump is an illegitimate President & other nonsense) changed the law to extend vote counting past election day via the Pa State Supreme Court. It was ruled yesterday, that that is illegal.

The Dem Secretary of State also changed the law on matching signatures via the Pa State Supreme Court. Those were counted in the total & could number enough to swing the state of Pa. Also, the law on naked ballots was changed. I believe that was also the Pa State Supreme Court that changed that one? If so, obviously that too would be illegal as well. The Pa Supreme Court also changed the law to allow for drop boxes. I believe the Pa Supreme Court also changed the law regarding the requirement of a witness for mail-in ballots? If yesterdays ruling stands, then the precedetn has been set to overrul all of these changes.

Moreover, if these changes to the law were illegal in Pa, wouldn't they also be illegal in Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Georgia, Arizona & everywhere else?

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Extends Vote By Mail Deadline, Allows Drop Boxes
Yes, possible intervention by the US Supreme Court to affirm that only the PA State Legislature, and not a State Court or Sec. of State has the power to set election ground rules would be huge. It might not be enough to do much for Trump, unless something crazy happens in AZ, NV or MIchigan as well, but it would be very important to address future corruption as related to mail in voting.

I am sure with ACB 5/6 would back up the PA Legislature and toss the late mail votes, with Roberts maybe joining the three Liberals, but the court might just dodge the whole thing if they know it will not make a difference in this election regardless. This would not be ideal for cleaning up future elections

Why isn't there a paper trail for every vote?
Oh yea Republicans blocked the legislation...
Why isnt there a picture ID required for every vote? Oh yeah, because Wallace and the Jam Jam Clan along with the lib dems blocked it.

Laugh all you want to Wally, but the Constitution does speak to this issue, so get ready for a possible ruling by a Court that bases its rulings on the Constitution, not what "feels right".

Article 2 section 1. State legislatures make election laws and regulations. Take a 6th grade civics course
If you're going to attempt to condescend to someone, you could at the very least cite the correct article and section of the Constitution.

I'm sure we can expect some Tomey slander to pop up pretty quick. There has to be SOME way to discredit him.
Sounds about right - they don't even have a small tent now, it's now a pup tent. Trump whenever he exists the stage, will have obliterated the GOP as we it once stood and functioned admirably. They sold their soul for good when Trump wasn't rebuked for his McCain heresy.

I like that Libs are secure enough to have a diversity of views.

Always snark from you. You don't want truth.

Let's dig in. Find the truth and settle on who is the rightful, duly elected President of the United States. Biden has falsely claimed the win. It isn't certified. He promised during debate #2 that he would not do this. It is for the good of the nation to fully investigate and come up with a clear winner. You should be fighting for that instead of mouthing off.
There hasn't been a President in 100 years who waited for the election to be certified before claiming victory and starting transition. This includes Dear Leader.

This point is so obvious that one has to wonder how you came to misunderstand it.

The GOP didn't lose the Senate, picked up a slew of House seats, 17 of them by women, saw minorities vote GOP at the highest % in 60 years & regardless of the outcome, Trump earned the most votes of any POTUS candidate ever outside the contested Biden tally. You're in extreme denial, if you think this is trending your way.

Wallace's use of the word "independently" makes it clear what he meant, that others had called it. Nobody was ever going to wait until December to start transition.
Nope. The press 'calling it' is not even in the same ballpark as the votes being "certified". There's no way a reasonable person could even try to make that argument. We waited 38 days while we cleared up the Bush/Gore issue in Fla. back in 2000. We'll wait this one out too, for as long as it takes.
