Hmmm, wonder if the FBI will be arresting these Loony Lefties? I doubt it.

I have no doubt that this is the most outrageous thing that has ever been done on a bet on a naval or military base full of 18-20-something testosterone

He's not remotely close to being an 18-20 year old, look at the picture - SMH - that's beyond obvious.

Per the article -

Hale-Cusanelli, 30, was charged with seven criminal counts, including obstructing congressional proceedings, civil disorder and disorderly conduct in the Capitol. He hasn't yet entered a plea.

He was also listed as a contractor in the tweet you responded to.

2 Men Charged With Assaulting Brian Sicknick, Cop Who Died After Capitol Riot

Julian Elie Khater, 32, of Pennsylvania and George Pierre Tanios, 39, of West Virginia were arrested Sunday.

U.S. law enforcement agents have arrested two men who participated in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol and charged them with assaulting a police officer who died after responding to the riot.
Julian Elie Khater, 32, of Pennsylvania and George Pierre Tanios, 39, of West Virginia were arrested Sunday and are expected to appear in federal court Monday, The Washington Post first reported.
Khater and Tanios are charged with nine counts, including assaulting U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick with a deadly weapon. Sicknick died as a result of the riot, though authorities have not determined his exact cause of death.

Four rioters also died that day, and two police officers who responded to the attack died by suicide days later.
Khater and Tanios are also charged with assaulting another Capitol police officer and a D.C. police officer with a deadly weapon, as well as with civil disorder and obstruction of a congressional proceeding, the Post reported.

the ex-military vets should get sedition charges as well - they violated their oaths, even if they are no longer active - if they qualify for Navy Federal Credit Union, then they can still be eligible for sedition charges IMO.

Moorhead man is first Minnesotan to be charged in connection with U.S. Capitol siege

A Moorhead man is facing federal charges that allege he stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 as Congress met to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election. Stotts is the first Minnesotan charged in the incident, according to a database maintained by federal prosecutors.

Jordan Kenneth Stotts, 31, appeared Friday in U.S. District Court in Bemidji. He is charged in federal court in Washington, D.C., with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, as well as violent entry and disorderly
conduct on Capitol grounds.

A criminal complaint and arrest warrant unsealed Friday revealed the FBI learned of Stotts’ alleged involvement in the riots from a former classmate. Stotts allegedly posted photos that indicated he was at the riot, the documents said.
One photo appears to show him in the Capitol building wearing a tan jacket and hat while he took photos and pumped his fist in the air. The warrant showed a screenshot of a video Stotts allegedly took while walking around the rotunda as rioters invaded the Capitol.

Stotts allegedly published a Facebook post about him and protesters “scaling a wall as we broke into the U.S. Capital (sic) to strike fear into the sold out Congress,” the federal documents said. He claimed, according to the documents, protesters were peaceful, but police were “aggressive and on the wrong side!” He then allegedly said they were pushed out but “it’s far from over! 1776!”“They call us terrorists, we are patriots,” Stotts allegedly declared in another Facebook post. “Each one a George Washington! Most of them are Benedict Arnolds! Sold out to China and Satan!”

In another post, he allegedly said his and others’ voices have gone unheard, that their lives have been slowly taken and freedoms have been attacked. “They work for us and have no right telling us what we can and can’t do!” one post said. “I’m sick of it and so are the Patriots! With God on our side we will prevail!”

Stotts was released on condition that he submit to supervision by U.S. probation authorities,he not try to obtain any documents allowing him to leave the country and not use alcohol excessively. Court records did not list an attorney for him.
