Again, then you are a de facto Republican. Very occasional departures, especially for a single candidate, do not make one an "independent." I voted for Ronald Reagan twice (also a Republican governor and two Republican congressmen in the past) but it would be absurd for me to call myself an independent.
I didn’t say Amy was the only Democrat I have ever voted for. You specifically asked me to name the last one I voted for. Done. Now you are changing the rules. If you want to label me a “de facto republican” go ahead. I don’t care. Certainly a de facto republican wouldn’t be considered “hard right”.

I think that all the BLM, ANTEFA, Communist and far right socialist should wear a raspberry colored beret. The kind you find in a second hand store so that we can group them together when they protest and riot!

Part of the reason I do not wear a mask is reaction to media unfairness toward trump. Could write extensively about this but wont waste your time since u r nonpolitical. If trump had said from the beginning that masks were essential, they would probly be taking the opposite position today.

Would imagine if I felt more at risk then I would wear a mask as well.
Risking illness to yourself and others to own libs and the media. That'll show 'em!

Refusing to social distance or wear a mask is simply accelerating the spread of the virus. And in turn....deaths are going up again. Who are they trying "own" exactly? Certainly isn't helping their case that the virus is a hoax....and that Donald Duck has it under control.

I am following your example, Howeda7.

You dont think media bias exists despite evidence to the contrary.

Likewise, I dont think masks are helpful despite evidence to the contrary.

Proud of me :) ? Actually, an informed citizenry is hugely important in a democracy and a biased media is therefore very dangerous. Much more dangerous than some people not wearing masks in low risk areas.

I have no doubt that if Trump said from the beginning that masks are essential that the media would take the opposite position. 100% agree with you on that. My point to USAF (since he is hell bent on ‘showing’ I am a “hard righty”) is that in that scenario - I would still wear one. My guess is he would not.
This is so silly. Trump told people not to go out in April. Did the media encourage people to go to bars and hug random strangers?

Trump finally wore a mask today and the "evil biased leftist media" is gushing about how "Presidential" it was and his campaign seems to think he just won the election with this brave, bold act. Could the bar be any lower?

Will you be wearing a mask tomorrow now that Dear Leader made it cool for the MAGAs?

Didnt you read my post? I am now living life denying reality like yourself. You say no media bias despite evidence, so likewise I am saying masks arent helpful despite evidence.

Thought you would approve?

You said the media would be anti-mask if Trump was in favor and that's ridiculous
No, I said the media would be anti-mask if Trump would have been pro-mask from the start. Them are the facts. Now, go ahead and change the subject with a 7-day average graph again.

I never said there was "no" media bias. I said you were massively exaggerating it. The fact that all Trump has to do is a put on a %^^ing mask and NYT/Washington Post writers gush to over how "Presidential" he's being shows that to be the case.

Just now on CBS Sunday Morning, their medical correspondent said: don't be frightened about the spread of the coronavirus; DO something about it.

I finally broke down and bought a mask. Not a flimsy little paper mask, or a bandanna, but a real mask. I think it's reasonable to ask everyone to wear these moving forward. If you're still wearing paper, or cloth masks, you want people to die.

The running joke about wearing "underwear on your face"? Totally true.

The business networks are lauding this as a successful move. I might actually go to Target to seek some out.
