That's awful. It looks like a hotel or apartment right next the center of of the explosion. This has the appearances of a horrible catastrophy. Yikes.

Ignoring this guy's assessment that this is nuclear, here's a view from farther away

That last massive explosion sure didn't seem like fireworks. Weird.

I wonder if it started with fireworks and then the major blast comes from ingredient materials

Crazy. What kind of fireworks would cause that big of an explosion?

Timothy McVeigh used 2 tons of ammonium nitrate in the OKC bombing. This stockpile of ammonium nitrate was 2700 tons.

Trump called it an "attack". Was it an actual attack? We can't go by him, we know that much.

Some people really are dumb enough to believe the Daily Beast in an election year. Actually have to see it to believe it.

Well, at least we're not dumb enough to believe you so our stupidity, unlike yours, has its limits.

As usual, he just made up something in the spur of the moment because he thought that was a better story. I guess it could have been an attack or a tragedy triggered by negligence and some inadvertent action

So Trump DIDNT call it an "attack?"

Is that your point?

How in holy hell can cheap fireworks be stored next to 2,700 tons of ammonium nitrate? It's just an odd situation all around.

So, like the media?

Not a smart thing to say of course when it really didn't involve him.

Not a smart thing to say??

How about, incredibly irresponsible and incendiary?
Fine. Really not a smart thing to say.

I will wait for you to jump on the media when they do the same.

But President Trump on Tuesday said that U.S. military generals have told him that they “seem to feel” the massive explosion was a “terrible attack” likely caused by a bomb. However, multiple U.S. officials told Fox News so far no evidence suggests that is true.

“It’s still too early,” one official said, who like others declined to be identified because he was not authorized to speak on the record.

I'm not sure that things said by Trump really qualify as "incredibly irresponsible and incendiary" anymore because the majority of people have tuned him out and just "consider the source" when he says something foolish. In any event, these particular words are probably way down the list of irresponsible and/or incendiary remarks he has made over the last four plus years.
