Who here can swear on the Holy Bible they know the name of this guy?
If I was currently in an absolute dogfight for the nomination of my party, I might have at some point taken the time to pick up a few things like this

Almost as bad as Drumpf congratulating the state of Kansas on their Super Bowl win.
I’ll readily admit I had no idea if the Chiefs played in Kansas City, KS or Kansas City, MO until after the story. Did most Americans? I doubt it.

Did most Americans?
Did most Americans know that KC is and has been a major metro area in the state of Missouri for a very long time? Yep, they did.

No need for you to lie about that here.

I’ve got news for you, most east and west coast elites don’t know and don’t give a shit about Missouri or Kansas, and they couldn’t find either on a map without labels.

Give a shit perhaps, but certainly they know a map and could find both unlabeled. Being elite means you go to a good school and you’re smart. Note fake elite like Trump, who I assume just paid off Wharton for a degree of some kind.

I told you from the beginning Amy is the most dangerous for those who favor the extremes sides of the political party. She also won't be the nominee. It makes no sense moderate republicans would trash her.

I hope most do.
Really? Why would any American that hasn't spent time in KC realize this? I'm genuinely curious.

I would imagine no one outside of Minnesota realizes the Wild play in St. Paul except a few diehard hockey fans.

Fair question I don't think it is as much about the ACTUAL location of where they play. The Jets and Giants play in NJ. The Cincinnati airport is in Kentucky. There are outliers like this that are indeed mostly trivia.
I don't think it is as much about the location of the stadium, it's his apparent ignorance of which state the major city is in. Because knowing that Kansas City, KS is a suburb of less than 150K and that KC MO is half a million explains why Missouri is the 18th largest state and Kansas the 36th. Missouri has two major cities, Kansas has Wichita. If you are trying to think of political power, where markets are, and how people identify, this is good info.

Because it’s part of basic grade school education??

Guess you didn’t get that out on the farm?

I'm confused by this. Been to the city multiple times. I have stayed in the KS portion of KC. It's like one big town. I'm also good at geography.

Of all things Trump tweeted, this is not a very big one in my opinion.

Well, I grew up as a small town kid in the east (I wasn't an elite - no prep schoolers in my family) and I knew that the Chiefs played in KC Missouri when I was a teenager. Who ever hears anything about KC in Kansas? Oh, wait, I guess there is a speedway there.

It may not be a very big deal, but just another sign that he’s a dipshit who never should’ve been president.

When you constantly F up the little things, that so easily could be prevented, that is disqualifying.

Jumping on "gotchas" doesn't work. Nobody who is a supporter of any politician stops supporting them because of some minor gaffe. And the harder you jump on a gotcha, the more resistance you get. You guys have being creating hardcore Trump supporters for 3 years.

Amy is done if she can't land in the top 3 in Nevada. She is not raising enough money to run ads against the billionaire and the socialistas.

She is not raising enough money to run ads against the billionaire and the socialistas.
And this is the biggest scam in the history of the world. That you can change peoples' minds by spending on ads.

99+% of people's minds are actually made up on a candidate. No ad is going to change it, either.

Most claiming otherwise are just lying for attention. "Ooooh! Listen to what I think! I must be important, because I'm *undecided*, oooooh!"

Now it's just a matter of waiting for consolidation. When candidates drop out, those who had pledged to support them will slot in under one of the remaining candidates. And the thing with that is: most voters who are pledged to non-Bernie candidates are not going to slot in under him. He has what he has, now, and it won't grow much. Maybe some Warren.

Sure, but that's in nine days. If people want to stop Bernie, this has to become a two person race quickly.
Dems can stop him any time they choose.

You don't get to win the Dem nomination, because you have 25% of primary votes across the country, just because the other 75% are split up among similar candidates.

It will be dealt with. One way or another.

The Dems are a trainwreck. They have no message. They have no candidate that they can agree on. The only thing they want to do is healthcare reform. Well, that is great for some voters, it won't carry the day in the end. You have to have more than one play in the book.

This is absolutely true.
