We better hope for a fumbled snap.

They aren't getting any better on the sidelines.

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT MARYLAND IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Look, I get the whole sideline adjustment thing, I do, but if they line up offside, then snap the darn ball.

If they don't fix this we're going 0-8.

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT MARYLAND IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Entire defensive coaching staff needs to go... this is the softest college defense I can ever remember watching.

It's not too soon to fire Rossi. Like maybe even at half time.

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT MARYLAND IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

This is exactly the style of defense that got Smith fired. How did this system come back?

That doesn't explain why our corners are playing 10 yards off the los.

John Shipley: More COVID transparency needed from Gophers football

I love that this guy got mad that Fleck didn't want to answer his stupid questions and then tried to make his personal agenda sound like it was for the greater good. Like, sucks that you can't spend all week writing about every player who caught COVID, must be awful to have to brainstorm other...

    PJ Fleck's secrecy

I don't think Fleck considers Gopherhole to be 'within our walls.' Probably closer to the opposite actually lol

[POST GAME THREAD] Minnesota defeats Michigan 49 - 24

I think the two takeaways I had from this game were that 1) it's hard to win when you don't have a punter 2) it's hard to win when you don't have someone that can't kick more than 30 yards. This is going to be an odd year and getting upset about the result of this game would be ridiculous given...

Gophers open as 2.5 point favorite over Michigan

    Well... you were 100% correct.

***OFFICIAL MICHIGAN AT MINNESOTA SEASON OPENING IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Like have some degree of urgency here... I understood this last year, but you can't be taking 35 seconds off the game clock every play when you're down by three scores... this is painful to watch...

Gophers open as 2.5 point favorite over Michigan

I assume you mean Joe Milton? He played in a grand total of 3 games last year and was 3/7 for 59 yards. All three of his completions came in a 52-0 game against Rutgers. On the season, he rushed 5 times for 16 yards. In his game against Wisconsin, he rushed twice for 6 yards, and had two passing...

Gophers open as 2.5 point favorite over Michigan

I had this game even money. Looks like people hammered his line pretty hard to bring it down. Wouldn't be surprised if Michigan ends up favored briefly. This is as close to an evenly matched game as it gets, assuming Minnesota has their offensive line.
