All Things Tre Holloman Recruitment Thread (Class of 2022)

Probably as important as any recruit we’ve been in on in recent memory. Likely a high quality 3-4 year player...could start a domino effect in recruiting too

All Things Chet Holmgren Recruitment Thread (Class of 2021, Gophers Have Offered)

I like the Gophers chances if he plays college ball.

Gophers receive a commitment from China Spring, Texas OLB D’Marion Alexander

As King said, a riot is the language of the unheard. On one hand, you’re aware of the issue and acknowledge it as a problem while on the other hand, find yourself surprised by the reaction? If you have to live with the reality of facing your mortality every time you come across a cop, is that...

I’ve been surprised they haven’t targeted the Northeast a bit more considering many on the staff’s ties out East. Plenty of talent in PA and Jersey.

Joe Nelson: All of a sudden, Gophers' 2020 starting 5 could be really good

We all have different opinions on Pitino but I think real strides have been made in roster management. The projected starting five is made up entirely of experienced upperclassmen if Robbins gets a waiver. Allows for some of the younger guys to develop naturally behind the scenes, build...

    USC: Welcome Home Reggie Bush

Used to watch his USC highlights religiously as a kid. No matter all the drama, It feels right to see legendary figures return and be honored where it all began. Though I didn’t see the Gophers Final Four team, I ran into Bobby Jackson in the skyway when he was an assistant under Adelman with...

    Iowa City Media

If Iowa football goes down, everybody suffers. The University, the area and the media themselves. There’s a lot riding on that program remaining competitive.

Perception to black recruits and their families

Why did I know there would be a thread like this on here. If anyone knows about the way black recruits and their families think, it’s the white folks that make up the membership of this forum. Arrest the cops and things will go back to business as usual including with the football program ...

Nebraska Football: 5 Things That Must Happen for the Cornhuskers to be a Top 25 Team in 2020 (Adrian Martinez becomes the Big Ten West's best QB)

Purdue and especially Cincinnati are really really tough games. Whatever they get out of that six game stretch to end the year is gravy but I’d be shocked if they went into Columbus ranked or unbeaten.

    Around the B1G West...

Cheney a potential breakout guy in 2020? Seems to be a lot of upside on the DLine. Excited to see what D’Angelo Carter can do coming off a redshirt season, remember there being a good amount of buzz around him when he signed.

The Worst College Football Firings Since 2000 (Glen Mason, Minnesota)

Being a Gopher fan wouldn’t be the same without the Brewster jokes though so it was worth it in the long run.

I could see Eastern probably kicking inside which would make taking three edge rushers easier (assuming Alexander is an edge rusher). According to a tweet from a couple weeks ago, Eastern said he was weighting around 270 and he looks like he could still add a decent amount more of good weight...

    Starters....

So I was looking into this on a Michigan board and apparently there was some confusion at first when he committed there about whether he would be a part of the 2016 class (which would coincide with his age group) or 2017. After High School/Secondary school he went to a college prep school called...
