Multiple times today Miami had 7 or 8 in the box and we just run right into it. We used to fake the handoff and throw the pass, slant, or whatever it may be. So maddening to watch Sanford call straight runs into stacked boxes. Colorado’s run defense looked pretty darn good today. I sure our offense clicks on Saturday. I also hope we can run the ball next week, because after watching the games today I’m worried about it.
Every week is a new week. A win Saturday would be big. I’m thinking Colorado will be favored by 4.5 or so. We’ll find out a lot about this team next week. Still waiting to see a good game from Sanford, a complete game.
