But when he's bad he's 5 of 17 with an ITD and many sacks plus a fumble. Gophers trying to replicate MSU game down to the uniforms, but should have had a new game plan for Illinois, including using Gray more. Worst game of the year so far because defense as bad as offense.
 

Here's my feeling on Weber: he's an average quarterback. Nothing more, nothing less. Today, he's almost single-handidly killing this offense. He's had time, he's had receivers open. Yet, he continues to miss receivers by 5-10 yards on almost all his throws.
 

Heavy feet

Our qb just can't move fast enough to get out of trouble. It seems like he's running in mud compared to other qbs. I guess you say the same about our running backs. It doesn't appear any of them even have the potential of breaking tackles and going for a long run. What a drop off of talent from our running backs of the past.

We have a long way to go to reach the upper level of the Big Ten.
