Week 13 Other Games Thread

Gary Patterson must feel like the Big 12 is out to screw his guys. The phantom first down last night, and then the Baylor stuff a couple weeks ago (overturning the Duggan TD run, holding call in OT, etc.). Conference doing everything they can to stay in CFP contention, but it just ain't gonna be enough.
 

Yesterday was an ugly day for everyone the Gopher's played so far this year. Only Nebraska won, and it was against Maryland who the Gophers also played. Everyone else suffered a loss. No real boost to our SoR unfortunately.

WI, IOWA, OSU all won. One we lost to. We need to beat the other two to get into the CFP, so yesterday's outcomes for those two teams were probably most important for CFP race.

Right. If we want to go the CFP route, we need Ohio St to win against Michigan too. An upset could sink us even if we win the next two. I don't see us beating Ohio St, but hey we can dream.
 



That could have resulted in serious career ending injury.

Can Coach Fitz file a protest and have the game film reviewed.

IMHO, it shows malicious intend to harm or injure.
