The thing that makes this game even harder to swallow

is the legitimate feeling that the Gophers should be much better then they have been playing. I guess the rest of the game and half time adjustments will let us know if they are a team of character or we just got woken up with a splash of very cold water.

It all starts with the QB he has left a lot a plays on field

If they start to run on us. I want to see Marquies Gray play because watching all of those bad throws is getting really old. Weber can decide if he want's in the game or if he want's to continue to be mediocre. He has talent it is time to start showing it and leading this team.

This team looks a lot like last years team. Terrible O-Line = bad passing/running game. We have some nice pieces on offense, but what use are they when the protection is suspect? Defense will have to win games (again) for us, which looks very unlikely right now. It's still early, but next weeks game looses a ton of momentum coming into it with a terrible loss to a terrible team.
