Should have been 3........last years overtime loss still pisses me off.
 

Who was the last Gopher QB to do it twice? We beat them 2 out of 3 years with Mason and back to back years with Wacker. I can't recall if we had the same QB during each of those eras.

I think Asad Abdul-Khaliq beat them as a sophomore in 2001 and senior in 2003.
 

AAK did start the '03 game, but it was Benji Kamrath that finished. I believe it was a shoulder injury that knocked AAK out.

Heck, after Abdul-Kahliq it was a considerable list of Gopher QBs that didn't even win once. Cupito, Weber, Gray, Nelson, Liedner, Rhoda, Croft...
