For as much as Sid can bug me at times he really is a nice man. Many years ago my brother-in-law was dying of cancer and we had a fundraiser for him in out-state Minnesota. Sid volunteered to come down and play the role of MC and press palm to help raise money. No one ever asked him to participate, he volunteered. Sid had never met the man, although he knows family members through the Star Tribune. This doesn't mean I agree with his viewpoints on most subjects however.
