Only one team, SC Upstate, left the list as they went 1-10 by beating Southern University on 12/22.

Here's the list of teams still searching for their first Division I win (listed in order of today's RPI per CollegeRPI.com).
• Coppin State 0-9 (260, was 273) - MEAC. America's most travelled team lost to Colorado last night (actually early this morning) and plays tonight against Pepperdine in the Rainbow Classic. They've got a shot against Pepperdine which is 1-9 and a 329 RPI.
• Mississippi Valley State 0-13 (264 RPI, was 252) - SWAC. Off last week and doesn’t play until 1/3/09 when it plays at UA-Pine Bluff (1-9).
• Texas Southern 0-13 (271 from 265) - SWAC. Played and lost at Air Force Monday and hosted Portland State Saturday. Their next three games are away against winless teams: 1/3 at Southern (0-10), 1/5 at Alcorn State (0-9) and 1/7 at Prairie View A&M State (0-9)
• Winthrop 0-10 (274, was 288) - Big South Lost at home to Charleston by one point and beaten by Florida by lots of points. Play Liberty on 1/3 and host High Point on 1/7
• Prairie View A&M 0-9 (294 from 285) - SWAC No games since last week ... but … visiting two other teams on the list (Alcorn State and Southern University) on 1/3 and 1/5.

• Eastern Michigan 0-10 (297 from 305) - MAC Lost to Oakland and then Illinois. Play Illinois-Chicago and Temple, so not a lot of hope for a while.
• Loyola Marymount 0-14 (slipped from 284 to 307) - West Coast. Lost at home to Mercer and at New Mexico State on Sunday. They do play Seattle on 1/1 … Seattle has rejoined Div. I after a lengthy absence.
• UNC Greensboro 0-8 (slipped to 321 from 310) - Southern No games since last week. They host Akron on 12/31 and visit Princeton (their best shot for a while) on 1/3.
• Alcorn State 0-10 (stayed at 328) - SWAC. Lost to dePaul last night and play Loyola-Chicago Tuesday night. They host Prairie View and Texas Southern on 1/3 and 1/5, so there's a couple of opportunities coming up.
• Pepperdine 0-12 (329 from 327) - West Coast. Just missed getting their first win against Buffalo last night with a 71-72 OT loss. Play Coppin State tonight so one team will leave the list.
• Houston Baptist 0-12 (stayed at 334) - Independent (No Conference) Lost to visiting UW-Green Bay by 2 (78-80). Play at Wyoming tonight, at Utah State the next night and host Howard on New Year's Eve. They have a chance against Howard but that's their third back-to-back game.
• Furman 0-8 (338, was 343) - Southern.
• NCCU 0-14 (339 from 340) - Independent (No Conference)
• NJIT 0-12 (340 from 341) - Independent (No Conference).
