I had a feeling Gibbens was going to be good. Fleck doesn't tend to bring in one year guys so when he does you can bet that player is probably someone they feel confident can play right away.

But he has far exceeded my expectations and he seems to be getting better and better as the season goes on. He has been a massive addition to the defense.

Unfortunately I don't think so. He did not redshirt and played in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. This year of eligibility for him is the covid year he got I believe.

Gibbens has been an awesome addition. There was plenty of GH heat on him prior to the season....and he hasn't disappointed.
