So if the previous rules were in place and Indiana canceled a few days ago and wasn't able to play in the Championship that means that Penn St. would be in ....

Seems like changing the rules was a good idea...

Iowa fans were complaining about getting Michigan instead of Indiana but I suspect this is one of the reasons why they didn’t (along with old oaken bucket)
