Hall of Fame Tip-Off (Gophers vs. UCF, Marquette vs. Rhode Island) appears headed for somewhere between Nov. 25-Dec. 4 at Mohegan Sun.

This season is basically going to look like AAU basketball. One location per week, a few games played, then rinse and repeat the next week.

Jon Rothstein is reporting ACC/Big Ten Challenge remains on, and the (current) plan is to play the games on campuses, as scheduled. Dates still expected to be Dec. 8 & 9.

November and most of December? Very possible.
But I think we'll see conference games being played in home arenas, as scheduled. Whether there will be fans or not is the only thing I'm wondering about at this point.
