Apparently, The NCAA has decided to grant all waivers (due to COVID) and allow NCAA players immediate eligibility. It reads like you could see the following scenario:

Dan Faalele decides to transfer today. Dan signs with Wisconsin today. Dan suits up for the Badgers vs. Minnesota Tomorrow.

WTF?
This can't be good. Is this some kind of reaction to help out Coach K get his 25 wins this season? Have they lost their freaking minds?

Did Cleveland State fold up and the NCAA doesn't know who to punish anymore?

This is bad, bad, bad and even worse. Going to be some major cheating going on.

I believe this waiver only applies to players who were sitting out after transferring. It does not give players the right to transfer now and immediately be eligible.
