First Star
Jake Hildebrand, Michigan State
G – So. – Butler, Pa.

· Stopped 77 of the 79 shots he faced (.975 save percentage) to help Michigan State sweep Penn State
· Made a career-high 48 saves on Friday to earn his second shutout in the past four games and fourth of his career
· Recorded 29 saves as the Spartans completed the series sweep on Saturday with a 3-2 win
· Tied for the Big Ten lead with two shutouts in all games this season
· Claims his third career Big Ten weekly award and first since being named First Star on Dec. 31, 2013
· Last Michigan State honoree: Jake Hildebrand (First Star) on Dec. 31, 2013

Sam Warning, Minnesota

· Recorded three points (three goals) as the Gophers swept Ohio State
· Tallied the first natural hat trick in conference history on Saturday night to lead Minnesota to a 4-2 victory
· Scored Minnesota’s first three goals, including the game-winner, to help the Gophers overcome an early 2-0 deficit
· Leads the Big Ten and ranks second nationally in plus/minus at +21 while his 26 points (10 goals, 16 assists) rank second in the conference
· Earns his fourth career Big Ten weekly award and first since being named Second Star on Oct. 29, 2013
· Last Minnesota honoree: Adam Wilcox (Third Star) on Jan. 14, 2014

Third Star
Lee Reimer, Michigan State

· Registered four points (two goals, two assists) to lead Michigan State to a series sweep of Penn State
· Tallied a point on all three Spartan goals Friday with one goal and two assists in a 3-0 win
· Broke a 2-2 tie in the third period on Saturday, scoring the game-winner less than four minutes into the frame
· Ranks third among all Spartans with 14 points this season (four goals, 10 assists)
· Earns his first career Big Ten weekly award
