At least it wasn't the KU Volleyball Team and the KU Women's BB Team. Wouldn't that be a hell of a cat fight?
 


The rumor out of Lawrence is that this is an even bigger deal than the media is currently reporting. There have been more than three incidents which is all the media has as of now. What a mess.

Rumor out of Lawrence is they had a brawl on campus today involving Sherron Collins, Tyshawn Taylor, and Dezmond Briscoe to name a few.
 

Tyshawn, Collins and one of the Morris twins got in a second alteration this morning, with more football players, I believe Briscoe the star WR was one of them. The teams met and the A.D. (Lew Perkins) issued a statement saying everything is resolved and the teams will go on to focus on their seasons as basketball starts in mid-October and the hawks play Southern Miss this weekend in football. Self is on a recruiting trip and was unable to comment on the situation but I bet he is pissed off beyond belief. Taylor will be out three weeks but other than that things are looking wrapped up
 

It just doesn't seem like a fair fight. the article said one witness estimated 100 people involved. Considereing there are only 15 guys or so on the basketball team. ...Hmmm...Not good odds for Self's lads.

Yeah, but maybe the hoops team kicked some ass. Seriously, what could possible be going on? This goes in the 'You can't make this stuff up' file.
