per KSTP:

Former Gophers football coach Jerry Kill talked with our Darren 'Doogie' Wolfson about Sid Hartman's passing.

He also shared his thoughts on what winning at Michigan in 2014 meant to him and the program. The Gophers host Michigan on Saturday night in the 2020 season opener.

Kill, in particular, remembered when the Gophers beat Nebraska in 2013 at TCF Bank Stadium, their first win over the Huskers since 1960. Kill, while recovering from his battle with seizures, watched the game from the press box. He rode the elevator down to field level with Hartman afterwards, and recalled how happy Hartman was.

Go Gophers!!

Kill still in the spotlight here in Minnesota.

‘Well, to be perfectly honest with you I couldn’t get a qb to come to MN.’
