Jerry Kill scheduled to make his weekly appearance on the Sports Huddle with Sid & Dave.

(waiting to get Kill on phone - got voice mail. Sid and Dave talking about Ohio State. Sid says OSU is not as good as last year.......Not dominating teams. NW beats Nebraska. Sid - "that new coach may get fired after 1 year.")

Sid - what did you accomplish in practice?
Kill - limited practice this week - heal up bodies - work on timing with QB's. In film room. Guys out recruiting. Practice Sunday to work on Michigan.

Sid- get any players back for Mich?
Kill - injury report today. still a lot of question marks. Won't get Campion. Will get Bobek back. RB's at full speed. Poock question mark. Scott Ekpe question mark. TC question mark. Secondary - Travis will medically redshirt. Get a few special teams players back. Know a lot more on Tuesday.

Sid - Campion?
Kill - concussion. DeVondre - not discipline. Had baby the night before. he's a father. missed stuff in game plan.

Dave M. - TE's?
Kill - Duke practiced for 1st time in 6 weeks. don't know. Plsek has redshirt year left.

Sid - Scouting report on Mich?
Kill - got #5 back. freakish player. Defense - playing with low pad level on D-line.
D-coord really coaching up. No mental mistakes. physical. Offense - running what Schembechler used to do. Jim's got some gimmicks. good special teams. got some receivers back from injury. Mentality thing.

Dave - do you like night games?
Kill - great for recruiting. bring guys in. got 10 really good players coming in. sit around and wait all day - not easy to do. TV exposure great. Fans have better turnout - they can tailgate all day! recruiting standpoint important.

Dave - please with recruiting?
Kill - going very well. feel very good. Feel good about ground-breaking (on Athletics village) with recruits coming in.

Sid - ground breaking?
Kill - good deal.

Sid - what do you accomplish in bye week?
Kill - heal up. watched Neb game - disappointed. didn't play as hard as we can. made mistakes on defense. gotta play harder. take hits off Mitch. don't know how he made it through game. gotta protect better or we won't have any QB's left. way too many breakdowns - looked like Florida State against GA Tech. got to get better up front. FR center got an education.

Great news on Duke.

Thanks S.O.N.

congrats DeVondre!! welcome to the fatherhood club, amazing times ahead.

Thank you pissed off Norwegian guy! I echo the congrats to DeVondre. Considering the secondary will lose 3 seniors, it's probably a really good thing that Travis will be back next year, they will need a veteran presence back there. With Bobek coming back, does he regain his starting center spot? Tyler Moore has played quite well.

It is still unclear when or if if will play again this season. He has used up his medical redshirts. Therefor if he can play at all this year or even practice this fall that is a plus.

Tyler played well against Purdue but got waxed in the Nebby game. Would bet Bobek is at least spelling him if not taking the reins back against Michigan.

Thanks SON. Haven't listened to the Sports Huddle in years, but did this morning for awhile. You and DL have the patience of saints.

I wouldn't exactly go that far with it.
