What is the core of our programs problem?
All of these statements are on the average as there are exceptions.
1. Players when recruited were below the talent level we thought. ???
2. Recruited players OK but were poorly coached. Not just Brewster but all the coaches. ???
3. The Players recruited do not fit the style of play but would be OK in another system. ???
4. Too many changes within the program. ie coaches changed. What system to use. etc
Looking over the above, I'm about to say "all the above"
