Outside of the UMAA Tailgate before the game and the 'Sota Social the night before, does the Guaranteed Rate Bowl have any events or activities planned around the game? Previous bowl games I've traveled to have done things like band competitions, parades, pep rallies and/or other pregame activities. However, it seems like slim pickings for the Guaranteed Rate Bowl. Just trying to find out if I'm missing something besides the UMAA sponsored events.

Doesn't look good. Problem seems to be that the Fiesta Bowl and Guaranteed Rate Bowl are affiliated and the organizers have clearly put all their efforts into the Fiesta Bowl and the GRB is a forgotten undercard. Lots of events for Fiesta Bowl but none for GRB

I’m guessing they just don’t know what to expect turn out wise year to year.Doesn't look good. Has to be hard with Covid. Tough to build a brand when you don't know what the "outside" world is going to bring.
