Too many big words in this post for the czar to understand. He's a simpleton ripe for conspiracy theory sites. The czar and his ilk are the exact target market for National Enquirer tabloids at grocery stores.

Perhaps letting most of our infrastructure age and crumble isn't the best idea. Trump was going to solve that. When is infrastructure week again?
