127th in passing (when have we seen that before?), 40th in rushing. Developing a reliable passing game has been a problem for decades.
 

Gotta have a legit OC/QB coach to have a passing game. Ciarocca is the only one Fleck has ever had.

They don't even need to be the same person. I understand Fleck's reason behind it, but I think it greatly limits your options. There are TONS of amazing OC out there who don't coach the QBs as well.

Maybe Fleck needs to consider changing his mind on that front.

MI OC is the OL coach! That seems to working well for them!
