Getting In GREAT Experience For Our Young Team

I say roll the round ball out and see what happens vs. Texas. No reason to be fearful at all. Great experience and learning for a bunch of underclassmen. Should we beat the Longhorns - think of the experience in playing a round-of-32 game against Duke in a hostile environment.

If they look at this as a positive - no matter what happens - it will serve them and the program as a whole very well.

Enjoy the ride. Because it's great to be back after where the program was.

Playing Duke for this young team (if they get past round 1) will bring back shades of the Burton team. I remember that they benefited from an fortunate draw and got to the sweet 16 against Duke. They were out of their league...but used the experience to come back even stronger the next year...

This experience can only be positive for the future of the program. Heck, the recruiting aspect has not even been mentioned yet. Its always easier to get into the doors of the best players living room when you have a fresh tourney run under your belt.
