The best numbers compiled in the last 10 years were by the WSJ for 2018. The relative rankings likely haven’t changed much, but will be much different 5 years from now.

You can really see how good G5 programs can easily get to 11-12 wins if they can just separate themselves from their conference and knock-off 1 very low-level P5 program.

Minnesota has a higher value than some might think simply from being a member of the Big Ten.

Considering Minnesota brings in more from BTN alone each year than the stated "value" of the program this is probably bad data.
