I'd be the opposite. A small town, even a college town, would be a negative. Not enough opportunities and too many people are all up in your business.

I was born and raised in rural MN in an unincorporated town. It is not as idealistic as some people make it out to be. Annonymity is non-existent, unless you really enjoy lots of other people whispering behind your back.

You're right, I meant A 10 was more likely for an at large bid, to get a bid an addition to the automatic qualifier.
