Explain the call on the double T please....

Here’s how I saw it:

1. Scrap for the rebound;
2. Foul was clearly called on the PSU guard;
3. Oturu and Watkins both get T’s
4. Refs review something;
5. Oturu ends up shooting one free throw and play continues with PSU inboundiing they ball.
HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE????

it isn’t. But what you described isn’t what happened . He’s shot two free throws.Then play resumed because that is what happens after free throws.
