The current cover story on ESPN.com shows Mo Ibrahim racking up yards on Ohio State above the headline, "Who wins the Big Ten?"

In the article, they predict the Gophers win the West. Perhaps SEC biased, but definitely Not Dinks.

Well, ESPN didn't outright predict the Gophers to win. The list of predictions showed Wisconsin in first place with a 10-2 (7-2) record and the Gophers in 2nd with a 9-3 (6-3) record. In the BOLD PREDICTIONS section, the author stated that he took Wisconsin as the "safe" pick but wouldn't be surprised to see the Gophers in the championship game.

Still, a prediction of a 9-3 record and 2nd place in the Big Ten West with an acknowledgement that the Gophers have a good chance of winning the division definitely is a sign that this program has moved up in the estimation of the media and a testament to the job Fleck has done.

The boldest prediction for the conference was that "Scott Frost wouldn't make it through the season." The article said that Frost took a $1 million pay cut this season and his buyout was cut in half after October 1st. I didn't know that.

Yep. Frost survives through September for sure.
