I also found this comment by Marcus Fuller in the comments section interesting about Dunbar:

Fisch's play-calling flexibility in all this will be key. The problem with Dunbar was that he didn't want to ditch the spread. He wanted to do it his way. That's why he left Cal to come to Minnesota. In college football today, I think you have to be able to adapt. You can't just have one style (just the spread or pro style).
 

Just emphasizing that, as Donovan correctly says in his post, the comment about Dunbar is Marcus Fuller's. The post's title - "Eric Decker comments" - had me thinking at first that Decker was offering the Dunbar-is-stubborn assessment.
