We simply lost too many of our upper class leaders from last year to this year. Tough to lose guys like Tanner, Mo, and JMS and not take a step back on offense.

They can build off of this though. Hopefully the new leaders are being forged in the fire!
 

this team needs grittiness. we don't have it.
 

I like that the players are trying to address this - but again - sounds like they know some of them have quit on the team and coaching staff. We are only halfway into the season so it is bad to have this happen now but hopefully it will serve as a wake up call to everyone (coaching included). I hope that they can right the ship, and given where we are, slide into a bowl game.
 

Fleck lost the team when he made them listen to Poison music in fall camp.

Just kind of kidding.
