Doogie: Moving players to new positions is nothing new for Gophers

I was just discussing this with someone earlier this week. Ive concluded that this as much as anything is a sign of Brewster's ineptness. Without any sort of consistent football identity, Brewster inadvertantly ended up recruiting a hodge podge of player types that did not form any cohesive whole. As a result, relatively talented players can be left 'homeless' when an actual philosophy is implemented. The only way to avoid wasting their talents is to move them somewhere else. That's alright in the sense that it makes lemonade from lemons, but its not at all efficient.
