Where is the wall with people's names who donated in the new stadium? Is it the inside part of the veterans wall near Gold Country?

There is a donor 'plaque' down on the side of the Veterans Memorial towards Gate A.

recall they were both writing about the money they had set aside to donate to the stadium in 2006 or so. Well Wayne R. for sure, maybe not the loon.
