Hmmm. I don't see it. Maybe Notre Dame could draw a crowd there, but how many locals would show up for a college football game? I would love to go though.
 


Someone PLEASE explain why Penn State wasn't burned to the ground.
 



So you have a college football program indelibly marred by the sexual molestations of a longtime coach going to play a game in a country with no tradition in football but one of the largest populations (by percentage) of Catholics in the world?

This seems like a sick joke, with the set-up being something along the lines of 'what do you get when Penn St football visits a country full of altar boys?' And honestly, even if everyone associated with the Sandusky scandal has been purged from campus, doesn't it seem wise for Penn St. to keep their heads down for awhile and try to get some time and space before vaulting into these type of attention grabbing headlines.
 

Wow... a college football program marred by a sexual molestation scandal playing in a country that had decades of endemic sexual abuse of children by catholic priests. You can't make this stuff up!

Remember when the sanctions came down and we all expected the PSU program to suffer?
Yeah that was funny.
Remember when U$C had a bowl ban and scholarship issues?
Yeah that really hurt them didn't it?

The hypocrisy that the NCAA shows for helmet schools is hilarious. There are absolutely no ramifications for the big boys, just a slap on the wrist.

Wait for Miami's deal to go through, they'll probably have to give their players a pay cut or something.

This is simple. Get some balls, James O'Delany. Tell them no way until 2017.
 

At least the BBC's Jimmy Savile won't be involved. (And here's hoping he gets the play by play in jail)
